Phasing and construction

A Construction Management Plan will be produced to support this application. This will control aspects such as construction vehicle access, measures to mitigate dust and noise and details of a Community Liaison contact.

If a future ‘Reserved Matters’ application is approved by Barnet Council, construction will be phased: starting with Blocks D and C at the northern end, followed by Blocks B and A on Cricklewood Lane. Start on site date – approximately mid 2026.

Landscaping and Access

We know that many people currently move through and across the site. We are looking to maintain limited access during the construction phase. Our current plan, shown here, indicates a route through from Cricklewood Lane to the Railway Terraces Conservation Area.

We believe it is also possible to deliver the large public open space known as ‘Cricklewood Green’ from a very early stage. This would give the local community a new space to use and enjoy almost from an early point of the construction process.
